Welcome to Premier Pet Connect. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Pet Nanny Terms and Liability Agreement
Pet nannies are independent contractors, not employees of Premier Pet Connect. Premier Pet Connect facilitates introductions between pet nannies and buyers/sellers but does not guarantee delivery opportunities.
Pet nannies are responsible for their own airline, pet, baggage, transportation, and travel-related expenses associated with any delivery they choose to accept.
Pet nannies agree to provide safe, professional care during transport and to follow any feeding and care instructions provided by the seller or seller.
Pet nannies agree to verify the recipient's government-issued photo ID before releasing a pet and to document delivery with a photo at handoff.
Pet nannies agree to maintain prompt, professional communication with buyers, sellers, and Premier Pet Connect throughout the delivery process.
Frequent late cancellations or failure to fulfill accepted deliveries may result in removal from the Premier Pet Connect network.
Buyers and sellers introduced through Premier Pet Connect remain Premier Pet Connect clients. Pet nannies agree to direct future delivery requests through Premier Pet Connect rather than arranging deliveries independently.
Travel Planning and Routing
Pet nannies are responsible for determining their own flight routing and travel plan. Pet nannies agree to use reasonable efforts to select the most direct and efficient route available and to adjust travel plans as needed based on standby availability. The goal is to deliver each pet safely to its destination as quickly as reasonably possible while minimizing unnecessary travel time and connections.
Delivery Scheduling
Deliveries are coordinated using standby travel benefits, and travel plans may occasionally change due to flight availability, delays, cancellations, weather, or other circumstances outside of Premier Pet Connect's control. Pet nannies agree to communicate schedule changes promptly to Premier Pet Connect, buyers, and sellers.
Responsibility During Transport
Once a pet is accepted for transport, the pet nanny is responsible for the pet's care, supervision, and safety until delivery is completed and the pet is released to the authorized recipient.
Pet Condition at Pickup
Pet nannies should not accept a pet for transport if the pet appears seriously ill, injured, or otherwise unfit for travel. If concerns arise at pickup, the pet nanny should decline transport and promptly contact Premier Pet Connect.
Travel Carrier Requirements
Pet nannies are responsible for providing a clean, secure carrier that complies with airline requirements.
Identification and Documentation
Pet nannies are responsible for confirming they have received all required travel documentation before beginning transport.
No Unauthorized Transfers
Pets may only be released to the intended recipient or another individual specifically authorized by the buyer or seller.
Limitation of Liability
Premier Pet Connect is a coordination service and is not liable for the actions of pet nannies, buyers, or sellers. All parties use this service at their own risk.
